There are moments in ministry when God’s direction feels unmistakable, like a door opening right in front of you. Recently, while visiting a small rural community, I met a family that had been praying for encouragement. They had faced hardship, and hope seemed far away.
We prayed together under a wide blue sky, and God’s peace settled in like a warm blanket. That day reminded me that when God opens a door, it may not always lead where we expect, but it always leads to grace.
Every new season of ministry begins with that same step of obedience. As we walk through the doors He opens, we see hearts changed, lives restored, and faith renewed. My prayer is that we keep our eyes open and our hearts ready for the next door He invites us to walk through.
